Permission and responsible use

You may use the publicly available plugin materials for lawful business analysis and planning, subject to any license or other terms published with the materials in the source repository. Do not use the plugin to violate another person’s rights, disclose information you are not entitled to share, or present generated material as verified fact without checking it.

Review outputs before acting

The plugin provides instructions to an AI host for business diagnosis, workflow improvement, organic growth auditing, and implementation planning. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Use your judgment, verify important facts, and have an appropriate person review recommendations before relying on them.

The plugin does not guarantee financial, operational, marketing, or growth results. Its use does not create a consulting, advisory, agency, or other service engagement with Brownsmith Dynamics.

No automatic external actions

The published package consists of instruction and reference files. It has no MCP server, connected account, credentials, or execution hooks that take action in your external services. Any action you take based on an output is your decision and responsibility. The host product may have separate tools or capabilities governed by its own terms and settings.

Availability and changes

The materials are provided as published and may be changed, replaced, or withdrawn. We may update these terms when the plugin changes; material updates will be reflected here with a revision date. The terms of the AI host and any third-party service you choose to use also apply to your use of those services.

Legal rights
