Brownsmith Dynamics · Updated
Who provides the plugin
BROWNSMITH DYNAMICS LIMITED provides this toolkit under the Brownsmith Dynamics name. Questions about this notice or information sent directly to us can be addressed to contact@brownsmithdynamics.com.
What the plugin contains
The public plugin repository contains instruction files and reference material for four skills: Business diagnosis, Workflow improvement, Organic growth audit, Implementation brief. It does not include an MCP server, developer-operated backend, account connection, credentials, or execution hooks. The plugin itself has no developer-operated service that receives or stores your prompts or generated conversations, and it does not provide developer-side chat telemetry.
AI host processing
When you use the plugin in ChatGPT, Codex, or another compatible host, the host processes your prompts, uploaded material, and the model’s responses under its own terms, privacy notice, settings, and retention practices. The model provider may also process that information. Brownsmith Dynamics does not receive a copy of those conversations through this plugin. Check the host’s current privacy information and avoid supplying data you are not authorized to share.
When you contact us
If you email contact@brownsmithdynamics.com or message us through WhatsApp, the details you choose to send are processed by your email or messaging provider and received by us so we can respond and handle the request. Share only what is needed; redact sensitive business or personal information where possible. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records, and address follow-up matters, subject to applicable requirements.
If you follow a link to brownsmithdynamics.com, your visit is then covered by the website privacy policy and the website’s consent controls. Those website practices are separate from the plugin’s instruction files.
Your choices and questions
