1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by BROWNSMITH DYNAMICS LIMITED, trading as Brownsmith Dynamics. Our registered address is S-8 Tula Palace, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, India. Our corporate identification number is U62010UT2025PLC018676.

For privacy questions, email contact@brownsmithdynamics.com.

2. Information you provide

The website does not contain a website enquiry form, user account system, or website-owned database that asks visitors to submit names, email addresses, postal addresses, account details, or payment details. If you contact us by email or use a linked third-party service, the information you choose to provide is processed through that service.

We do not sell or rent information that you provide to us, and we do not use it to train a general-purpose AI model. Technical and usage information may be transmitted to the providers described below when their services are active.

3. Limited analytics information

Where analytics are enabled, the website may collect limited technical and usage information to understand traffic and improve performance. This can include pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device information, and interaction events such as link clicks. A booking-link event can include the destination domain and path, visible link text, page path, page group, CTA placement, and campaign tags described below. URL query strings are removed from the destination recorded by our website analytics.

Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. Analytics settings are subject to the consent controls available on the website. Analytics information is used only for website measurement, security, and improvement. It is not used by us to identify you personally.

4. Google AdSense and advertising cookies

We use Google AdSense to display and measure advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this website and/or other websites on the Internet.

Depending on your location, settings, and consent choices, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized. Other third-party vendors or certified advertising networks may also serve ads and use cookies where permitted. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.

You can manage Google ad personalization through Google Ads Settings. You can also learn how Google uses information from partner sites in Google's partner-sites notice.

5. Google Preferred Sources

The website loads Google's Preferred Sources publisher library from news.google.com to display controls that let you add Brownsmith Dynamics as a preferred source in Google Search. Because this library is supplied by Google, your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser or device information, the date and time of the request, and the referring page URL, and may use cookies, browser storage, server logs, or similar technologies in accordance with its own policies and your Google settings.

If you activate a Preferred Sources control, the Google-managed flow lets you add this website at the domain level to your Google Search source preferences. If you are signed in to a Google Account, Google says the preference can remain available in other browsers where you sign in. Google controls how the preference is stored and used to personalize eligible Search experiences, including Top Stories, AI Mode, and AI Overviews.

Brownsmith Dynamics does not receive your Google Account details, your list of preferred sources, or confirmation of whether you added or removed this website. The Preferred Sources control is separate from the website's analytics and advertising consent controls. You can review or change source preferences through Google's source preferences, read Google's Preferred Sources help, and review the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Meeting scheduling through Cal.com

If you choose to schedule a meeting, the booking link opens Cal.com, a separate third-party scheduling service. Any name, email address, time-zone, meeting preferences, or other details you enter are provided directly to Cal.com and are necessary to create and manage the booking.

The website does not receive or store the scheduling information you enter into Cal.com. Cal.com processes that information under its own privacy policy and terms. Please review Cal.com's policy before making a booking.

Booking links include standard UTM campaign parameters so we can understand which campaign and website CTA led to a booking page. If your landing URL contains valid utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, or utm_termvalues, the website keeps those values for the current browser session and passes them to Cal.com when you follow a booking link. The CTA's page group and placement are added to utm_content. When no incoming campaign tags are available, the link identifies this website, the website channel, the consultation-booking campaign, and the CTA placement.

These campaign parameters are visible in the Cal.com URL and may appear in Cal.com, Google Analytics, server logs, and related measurement reports. We do not intentionally put your name, email address, booking answers, or meeting notes into these parameters. Values that resemble an email address or telephone number are excluded by the website before campaign attribution is stored or forwarded.

7. Third-party links and services

Pages may load or link to Google services, Cal.com, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, product pages, and other third-party websites or tools. A provider may receive technical request information when its content or script loads, and may process additional information when you follow a link or use its feature. The website does not control those practices.

Analytics and advertising providers may receive technical and usage information as described in this policy. We do not control the cookies, retention practices, or privacy practices of third-party websites and services.

Links from the coding-tools directory may include a referral identifier and UTM values identifying Brownsmith Dynamics, the referral channel, and the coding-tools directory campaign. We do not add your name, email address, or other information you provide to those directory-link parameters.

8. Cookies, consent, and browser controls

The website may use essential browser storage for site operation and preference handling, plus analytics and advertising cookies where enabled and permitted. In regions requiring prior consent, the available consent controls determine whether optional analytics and advertising storage may be used. You can revisit the available privacy choices to change or withdraw a choice.

When campaign tags are present in a landing-page URL, the website uses session storage to retain only the accepted UTM values for the current browser session. This supports attribution when you move between pages before opening Cal.com. Session storage is normally cleared when the browser tab or session ends and is not used to create a persistent user profile.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or third-party scripts may affect preferences, measurement, advertising, the Google Preferred Sources flow, or embedded features. Cookie and advertising identifiers can distinguish a browser across visits but are not intended by us to directly identify you by name.

9. Your choices and questions

You can browse the website without submitting information through a form. Where consent controls are presented, you can accept, reject, or manage the available purposes. You may also manage Google ad personalization and Google Search source preferences, use browser cookie or script controls, or choose not to use the Cal.com booking link.

If you have a privacy question, email contact@brownsmithdynamics.com. Any information you include in an email is sent through your email provider and is not collected by the website itself.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the website, analytics setup, advertising setup, Google Search integrations, scheduling process, or applicable legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
