Brownsmith Dynamics

Services, products, company information, learning, and contact paths in one place.

04 / Connected product family / Brownsmith Dynamics

Suite for Coordinated Work.

An AI suite brings related applications and workflows together under shared records, roles and a clear handoff path.

The Connected Product Family

Carry the Same Record Through the Whole Journey.

A Suite is a collection of related capabilities built to work together. Brownsmith implements the parts a small business needs, such as intake, planning, delivery and reporting, around the same customer or business record.

A suite is useful when related workflows need shared records, roles and handoffs across a complete customer or business lifecycle.

Related implementation patterns include Workforce Intelligence Suite, Property Intelligence Suite, Fonte UI.

Where Several Workflows Meet

Join Related Work Without Hiding the Handoffs.

01 / Real estate businesses

An AI suite for a real estate business connects property information, buyer enquiries, viewing coordination and follow-up across one client journey.

Property Intelligence Suite can keep property context with prepared messages, so agents can check what the buyer has already asked.

02 / Marketing agencies

An AI suite for a marketing agency joins client intake, campaign planning, content production and performance reporting around the same brief.

Growth Intelligence Platform can form the content layer; account owners keep approvals as the brief moves into reporting.

03 / People operations

An AI suite for a growing small business coordinates hiring, onboarding, policy access and training as related workflows.

Workforce Intelligence Suite can connect hiring and onboarding records while managers retain pending decisions.

Phase the Product Family

Connect the Workflows That Belong Together.

We begin with two capabilities that need to share a record, define the owners and approvals at each handoff, then deploy and document the connected system. The agreed implementation is paid once; the self-hosted suite has no recurring Brownsmith product licence.

As further capabilities are needed, they can be scoped as new work. Hosting, model usage, storage and connected services stay in your own accounts; monitoring, backups and updates from Brownsmith are available only through optional maintenance.

Proposed starting scopeFrom $4,900

One-time implementation for two related workflows, shared records and a documented handoff. Final scope and price are quoted after discovery; this is an indicative starting point, not a fixed-price promise.

Across a Client Journey

Keep the Journey Coherent as Work Changes Hands.

A suite joins related capabilities around a shared record, while each step keeps its own owner, approval and operational purpose.

01

Intake

The customer, employee or business request enters one shared record with its relevant context.

02

Plan

People see the information, tasks and approvals needed to decide what happens next.

03

Deliver

Related workflows use the same record without requiring the team to re-enter the story.

04

Report

Progress and outcomes can be reviewed across the connected journey.

Evidence / Shared Records

Test Whether Shared Records Reduce Repeated Explanations.

Customers and staff often repeat information as work changes hands. Check whether a shared record makes those handoffs easier in practice.

frustrated by repetition

A shared record can reduce repeated explanations and handoffs; teams should track whether customers and staff actually experience that improvement.

The Team's Time

Keep the Client Brief Available Across Stages.

An account manager, creator and analyst can work from the same approved brief while keeping separate responsibilities. The suite carries context between stages; people make the calls at each stage.

Account team + one record

Track repeated questions, time spent reconstructing a brief and the corrections needed at handoff. Ask staff and clients whether the journey feels clearer.

In two randomized trials involving 310 people, AI-assisted workers retrieved information and drafted marketing text faster. The research tested those specific tasks, so a connected suite should be judged across its entire handoff, not one draft.

The First Connected Journey

Begin with the First Two Workflows That Need to Share Context.

Begin with related workflows and clear rules for what can be prepared, what can move between stages and what a person must approve.

01

Content production

Move a campaign from brief to draft, review, publishing plan and reporting.

02

Customer lifecycle

Connect first response, qualification, scheduled follow-up and a shared account record.

03

Email outreach

Prepare campaign or client follow-up messages from approved context and review them before sending.

04

Property and market research

Collect permitted public listings or market signals with source records for staff review.

05

Hiring and onboarding

Coordinate documents, approvals, tasks and policy access across the employee journey.

06

Planning and reporting

Use shared records to plan work, identify bottlenecks and produce traceable summaries.

Scope a Connected Journey

Which Related Workflows Should Follow the Same Record?

Bring the lifecycle, shared record and two related workflows that need to coordinate. We can scope a starter suite implementation from there.
