How We Use It
We build the website as a clear hardcoded experience first so the pages and language can be judged by people without waiting for a content model, then we give the working site to Codex with Payload CMS skills and ask it to separate global content from collections while preserving the design that already works. This lets us spend our human attention on the customer journey before asking AI to handle the repetitive transfer into Payload, we test the generated fields and access rules locally with realistic content, then we move the same structure to a Brownsmith production server with readable migrations and a backup that has already been restored once.
