Brownsmith field notes

How We Use It

We use n8n to make a working process visible before trying to make it clever, we describe the human handoff to AI and let it draft the nodes and expressions while we decide what should happen when information is missing or an outside service is unavailable. A local instance is ideal for replaying sample data and checking that a workflow can run twice without causing duplicate work, when it behaves with patience and predictability Brownsmith can run it on a production server with persistent data and monitored failures and credentials kept away from the workflow itself.
